About Andrea Szlavik Rothsching

Andrea Szlavik Rothsching has worked in the local real estate industry for the past 25 years, first in property management, then in residential, commercial, and land sales.

She has lived and traveled abroad extensively, speaks both German and French, and as the daughter of immigrants, understands the special concerns of clients who either are new to this country or speak English as a Second Language. She received a B.A. in International Relations and German Language from The American University.

She was consistently a multi-million dollar producer while at Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach, and is a Chairman's Circle and Legend award winner. She is experienced in both resale and new construction. She and some of her teammates are part of a handful of elite corporate relocation specialists. She also has vast experience in Land Development.

In addition to her Real Estate Sales License, Andrea has acquired a Real Estate Broker's License and carries the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Seller's Representative (ASR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the GREEN designations.

After 18 years with Berkshire Hathaway, she has found her perfect fit for the past 7 years with Keller Williams Realty. What drew her to KW was that they lead the pack in technology and embrace her Team’s exceptional marketing creativity.
