As a longtime Pennsylvania resident, Carol brings extensive knowledge of Chester County and the surrounding communities, along with a unique professional background that provides her clients with an added perspective throughout the real estate process.
A 1991 graduate of Villanova University School of Law, Carol combines her legal education with extensive real estate knowledge and experience. She is well versed in residential resales, new construction, and the many contractual and transactional details involved in buying and selling real estate. Her ability to understand complex issues, anticipate potential concerns, and clearly explain the process makes her a valuable resource and advocate for her clients.
Carol also brings specialized expertise to the sale and purchase of farms, equestrian properties, land, and unique rural homes. A lifelong equestrienne herself, she understands that these properties require a different level of knowledge than a traditional residential transaction. From acreage and outbuildings to barns, pastures, fencing, and the practical needs of horse owners, Carol brings both personal experience and a genuine understanding of the equestrian lifestyle. She is also a member of the Keller Williams Land Division, further enhancing the resources she can provide to buyers and sellers of land and rural properties.
